Rio! Summery Fun.

Recently, I've been thinking a lot about visiting Rio. It is always depicted as this vibrant and alive city as seen in the movies. The city is the birth place of the genre of music Funk Carioca or Bossa Nova. People there are always in the mood for dancing, fun and good music. Especially during Carnival! Samba!

Since I can't be there this summer, the next best thing was to design a collection that is inspired by the tropical colors, fashion and the whole aura of the city!

The collection is aptly called Rio! and has a Latin America summery feel and natural elements to it. Think going to Carnival and then off to an island resort getaway.

A Midsummer's Dream - Part 1.

Hi Ladies,

One of my fantasies is to be in a magical garden filled with overhanging willow trees and gleaming flowers. There will be fairies and pixies fluttering around and a beam of sun ray streaming throughout the dense foliage. Pretty much like the photo below.
